The EVIL of Popcorn Ceilings....

Sometimes i actually DO take "Spring Cleaning" to heart and actually clean.  Sometimes i blink between March and June and Spring has come and gone and so i shrug my shoulders and say, oh well, there is always next year. 

Well, apparently this year the "Spring Cleaning Bug" has bitten.  i have cleaned my Laundry Room, Dining Room and this week my ScrapRoom. 

And all i can say about my ScrapRoom adventure is that the sick, twisted person who invented POPCORN CEILINGS should be taken out and SHOT!  Seriously, do you realize how much junk gets caught in all those sharp edges and gets stuck?  We are talking dust, dirt, dust bunnies the size of young pigs, cat hair and i don't even want to guess what kind of stuff blows in through my AC/Heater vents!!

Well this week i tackled them, it took me two Swiffer heads and a total of two hours, but you know what the ceiling is clean (after 6 years of living here) and so is the fan and everything underneath...  i kind of didn't have a choice in that one...  after cleaning the fan and ceiling, everything underneath those were covered in yuck!  But hey, it is DONE!!!!
